The Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) has entered in to a two-year contract with TAP Portugal Newark. WFS will be handling both passenger and cargo the airline.
According to the agreement terms, WFS will host a range of services that includes loading and unloading services for baggage, cargo and mail, cabin cleaning, aircraft towing and marshalling.
Moreover, on passenger handling, WFS takes the responsibility for covering passenger check-ins, ticketing, gate services, lost and found support and operations.
