Etihad Airways’ New Paris Lounge Redefines Concept

The flagship carrier of United Arab Emirates, unveiled a $8 million premium lounge at Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris. The new lounge located at Terminal 2, benefits the premium passengers travelling between Paris Abu-Dhabi under the codeshare partnership with Air France-KLM. The airline states a 55% growth over the past 18 months in passenger numbers travelling to and from Paris.

Inspired by world-class hotels and award winning restaurants, the Lounge offers levels of style and comfort similar to the airline’s First and Business Class cabins.  The premium lounge features state of the business facilities, relaxing ambience and space, family entertainment areas, luxurious bathrooms, star class dining experience including an a la carte menu.

The Paris Lounge will also highlight an amazing collection of original artworks with the help of renowned French art curator, Bertrand Epaud. This prestigious range includes work of famous French glass blower Jean Claude Novaro with fantastic glass vases, bottles and fish sculptures, Arabic artworks by Iraqi calligrapher Hassan Massoudy and three-dimensional plexigrpahies of butterflies and skylines by French artist Jean-Francois Larrieu.
