Emirates Launches Flights To Tokyo

One of the world’s leading carriers, Emirates expands services to Japan by launching daily, non-stop flights between Dubai and Haneda International Airport, Tokyo.

Emirates will deploy a Boeing 777-200LR three class configured aircraft for comfortable travel. The first flight has been scheduled to take off on 3 June 2013.

Haneda is notable for ranking second among the busiest airports in Asia, handling the domestic flights to and from Tokyo. Haneda marks the 131st destination in the Emirates network. Haneda International Airport invited international carriers with the opening of the fourth runaway and international terminal in October 2010.

Emirates has been operating in Japan since 2002 to Osaka and its second destination Narita International Airport in 2010. Haneda is the third destination joining the worldwide network of the airline.

The launch of daily flights has also extended to enjoy codeshare agreements on Dubai-Haneda- Dubai services.
