Singapore Airlines to Makeover All SilverKris Airport Lounges

Singapore Airlines (SIA) announced a new makeover for all SilverKris Lounges worldwide. The more than SG $20 million program will upgrade all lounges to a new concept and design within a course of five years.

SIA has 15 SilverKris Airport Lounges worldwide. A new SilverKris airport lounge will be officially open in September at New Delhi and in Seoul by the end of this year.

SIA is renowned worldwide for the warm Asian hospitality hence will replicate the same concept on all SilverKris Lounges – ‘home away from home’ theme. Apart from the contemporary space, the airline ensures to meet the inevitable changing needs of travellers of the next generation.

ONG&ONG, Singapore based architectural firm, will be handling the overhaul program for all SilverKris Airport Lounges. The presentation prepared after a series of interviews from frequent flyers about experiences of airport lounges and travel in general, made the firm official partners for the makeover.

Customer engagement is integrated throughout the entire process from concept initialization to prototype evaluation. The integration will be utmost beneficial to enhance both ground and air travel experience.

Sydney Airport Lounge is the first to enjoy the SilverKris facelift. Refurbishments will commence in mid 2013 and completion by the end of November. Improvements will feature an increase seating capacity and an elegant dining area. Find Singapore Airlines cheap flights on daily offers.
