Qatar Airways announces to open the new European Customer Contact Centre in the city of Wroclaw, Poland. The customer center will be a key coordinating point of contact for all European customer inquiries by phone, fax and email. In addition, featuring multilingual service offers as a great value added service for Qatar Airways travellers.
The European Customer Contact Centre will be located at the Epsilon Building. The necessary technical installations, staff recruitment and other operations will be soon completed for the opening by February 2013.
