Korean Air To Expand Fleet For 2013

The Seoul based national carrier, Korean Air embarks on a fleet expansion plan for year 2013. The airline will introduce seven brand new passenger aircrafts to its fleet. The newest additions include two Airbus A 380, one A 330 – 200, two Boeing 777-300 ER and two Boeing 737 – 900 ER.

The A 380s will be launched on long-haul routes including the destinations New York and Los Angeles. Moreover, the airline has doubled the flight frequency, from 7 to 14 flights, between Seoul Incheon International Airport and J. F. K New York International Airport. In addition, Korean Air has raised flight services from 7 to 12 flights between Incheon and Los Angeles.
