New Landmark for Olympics 2016 in Rio

The Zurich based RAFAA Architecture & Design announced to build a fully fledge environment friendly skyscraper. The newest landmark is located off the coasts of Rio de Janeiro.

The building will be utilising solar power. The enormous energy generated waterfall skyscraper is a new concept and attraction ready for the next Olympics 2016.

The colossal building features a large solar system to generate power during the day. Excessive energy will pump as seawater in to a tower and released again by nighttime. The tower generates power to the Olympic Village and the city of Rio.

Apart from the iconic landmark sightseeing, on special occasions, water pumps out over the edges to create a waterfall. The tower is more than a sightseeing icon with the bungee jumping platform at level 90. Travel to Rio from London through our cheap flights listings.
