Tourist Attraction Developments in Indonesia

Tourism Ministry of Indonesia has identified 16 attractions to develop further to draw more tourists. The attractions include national parks, beaches, cultural institutions, and places of worships, marine life, islands and many more.

Furthermore, intends to improve tourism on cruise ships for enthusiasts as well as on the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, & Exhibitions). Thus, re-creates Indonesia as a destination for all kinds of travellers for leisure and business.

Tourism Ministry also mentions collaboration with the local government and assistance from the local’s one of the biggest challenges. Visit Cheap Flights.

The chosen attractions were picked from 80 locations from Indonesia. Some of the chosen attractions include Pangandaran Beach, Lake Toba, Prambanan, Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park, Mount Bromo, Lombok, Mount Rinjani National Park, Wakatobi National Marine Park, Tana Toraja, Derawan Archipelago, Weh Island, Togean Island, The Thousand Islands and Old Batavia.
