The UK national carrier, British Airways (BA) plans to offer iPads to 3,600 pilots. This is an action taken to increase the operational efficiency as well as improve customer service.
The airline has invested around 5 billion pounds ($1.8 million) on new technology thus equipping cabin crew and ground staff.
