The ‘Great to have you here!’ service program launched by Frankfurt Airport has driven the quality of services and standards on par with luxury and comfort. The program that launched in 2010 has assisted the airport to offer convenient, comfortable and faster for travellers both departing and transferring.
‘Service Champions’ is among Germany’s largest customer satisfaction index. The rankings are created by jointly in partnership with Goethe University Frankfurt, Die Welt newspaper and ServiceValue market research company.
