‘The Wing’ Lounge to Open in Feb 2013

Cathay Pacific unravels the newest features, modern amenities and world class comforts of ‘The Wing’ Lounge in Feb 2013. The Wing is the flagship lounge of the airline located in the hub at Hong Kong International Airport.

London based Foster + Partners are the world-renowned designer architects to redesign and renovate ‘The Wing’. Completing the Business Class Lounge in Level 6 and the Business Class Lounge in Level 7 (balcony), the First Class lounge is the last phase of the renovation program started in March 2012. The lounge will be opened to public along with the beginning of Chinese New year in February.

Enjoying the classic offerings and authentic dishes from Haven Restaurant, the services have been upgraded from world-class to a la carte service. Experience a mouth-watering indulgence at the comfort of luxury.

Champagne Bar & Cocktail Bar has been refurbished alongside offering breathtaking views of the runaways and the airport’s atrium.

The Business Class section at Level 6 in ‘The Wing’ Lounge offers a new level of comfort and impeccable services. The designer furniture includes exclusive Cathay Solus Chairs specifically handcrafted Poltrona Frau, Italy to accommodate the single travellers. Further includes 6 fully equipped workstations with high speed Wi-Fi connectivity.

Business Class Lounge at the balcony in Level 7 of ‘The Wing’ Lounge is spectacular. The Noodle Bar is the most appealing with an opulent ambience, open ceiling offering bright sunrays to the natural bamboo. The menu is more than promising with a great selection of Chinese style Bao. Experience in the Long Bar for a cocktail, champagne before your cheap flight is a generous invitation. Coffee Loft is alluring for a freshly brewed cup of coffee, latte or cappuccino.
