Cathay is offering free and unlimited changes to all new tickets purchased up to 31^st August 2020. Moreover, your travellers can now have more time to alter their plans, with unlimited changes available up to one year after ticket purchase, at no extra cost.     

If you have booked with a travel agency or us, then you just need to get in touch with Travel Center and we will do the needful. Travellers who have booked directly with Cathay Pacific can easily rebook and reroute using Manage Booking, with free and unlimited changes available until 31^st August 2020. After this date, they can simply call their local reservations office to make any further changes.

Travellers who’ve booked before the 9^th of March 2020, are also able to change their booking (charges may apply). For more information, you can visit the COVID-19 free rebooking. They could also exchange their tickets for Cathay Credits or cancel their booking with a full refund if their tickets were issued on or before the 23^rd of March 2020, and the original travel period is between 17^th March and 31^st October 2020.
