PAYMENT ACCEPTANCE POLICY
We accept the following
- We accept all major credit & debit cards issued globally..
- The card holder must be one of the passengers for an online payment.
- Please note fares are guaranteed only upon ticketing and not upon submission of payment.
- If there is any issue with your payments we will notify you within 24 hours.
- Please note all hotel, car rental and tour bookings are only confirmed upon delivery of complete confirmation details to the email you provided with your reservation. In some cases prepayment maybe required to receive confirmation.
- We accept third party payments but will require additional information in order to proceed with your booking.
- If the credit/debit card does not belong to the traveler it is considered as a third party payment. You will be required to send the following details to email@example.com when requested.
- Credit/debit card authorization form to be filled by the card holder (Scan copy). Click here to download the form
- Colored scan copy (both sides) of the credit/debit card used for the booking.
- Colored scan copy of the card holders passport or driving license.
