Old San Juan District

Old San Juan is the most popular quarter in the city. It is home to many of the city’s top attractions while being resplendent with vintage architecture. A culture buffs haven wandering the streets of Old San Juan will yield many treasures and offer an insight to the traditional ways of Puerto Rico.

La Fortaleza

La Fortaleza or The Fortress is the oldest building in Puerto Rico; it is also dubbed the most beautiful. Take the comprehensive tour which covers a section of El Morro and the famous dungeons. Guided tours are very cheap and well worth the effort.
