The Historical Park is a symbol of Spain's missionary presence with ruins of four missions including San José (1720), Missions Concepción (1731), San Juan (1731) and Espada (1745-56).

It is the home of 'Shamu' the killer whale. There are a number of marine animals including sharks and dolphins. There are dolphin feeding time, sea lion show, water rides, water park fun and Shamu show.
Spanish Governor's Palace
Built in the mid 18th century this was the quarters of the Captain of the area's Spanish colonial troops. The museum consists of furniture, brick oven, fireplaces and many more features of the 18th century.
San Antonio Botanical Gardens
Situated in a 33-acre land, this exhibits Texas flora. Also enjoy the floral fragrances of the fragrance garden. The conservatory has a wide collection from tropical lagoon, rain forests and even alpine flowers.
