This is a place one must visit especially those who love history. The collection in the centre has more than 11,000 Native American artifacts, including jewellery, pottery, textiles and baskets. Most of the climate controlled collection are pre-colonial.

Palace of the Governors-

Also called the New Mexico History Museum, this is the oldest public building in the United States. Built in the 17th century, it served as the main capitol. Now there is a historical museum and a shop with exhibits of the historical building.
