Entebbe <\/a><\/strong>is a major city in central Uganda. It was the former seat of government in the country. It is the location of the official office and residence of the President of Uganda. Entebbe has a long history going back to pre-colonial times, and was a major centre of commerce and administration during British rule. Entebbe is home to a few tourist attractions.
