In fact, it had been one of my inspiration for many years. One of my friends suggested me to visit the Island of Gozo. I researched the internet about the place and as soon as I saw a couple of pictures of the very island, my mind just set the place as my destination. So, I raced to my trusted <span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #00ccff;\" href=\"https:\/\/blog.travelcenter.uk\/why-you-should-use-a-travel-agent-rather-than-book-directly\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">travel agents<\/a><\/strong><\/span> to check about the travelling details. It was none other than the famous \u2018Travel Center UK\u2019 team. I am with them for a long time. To obtain the best prices in the market -\u2764\ufe0f<\/span> \u2018<span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #00ccff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.travelcenter.uk\/\">Travel Center UK<\/a><\/strong>\u2019<\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">is the place you have to reach for.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sadly ?, I went alone as none of my friends or family members could manage the time. I first flew to the main island of Malta. I stayed there for one night as there is a limited ferry service available to Gozo at night. For the night I stayed at Hilton Malta, St. Julian\u2019s area; it took about 60 minutes to reach St. Julian\u2019s by the Route X1 bus from the airport.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">I planned to catch the first ferry in the morning so I took the Bus 222 which leaves at 5 am. It takes around 1 hour and 15 minutes to reach to \u010airkewwa. I was early so I was able to enjoy the wonderful morning view at \u010airkewwa dock. There is ferry available at every 45 minutes. I bought a round trip ticket for 4.65 euros. The half and an hour boat trip to Mgarr(Gozo) was fantastic and the Mediterranean Sea views were breathtaking. I also had my breakfast on the boat. The blue lagoon of Mgarr harbour also amazed me.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In Gozo, I stayed for 2 days, I checked into Santa Martha Hostel, located at Marsalforn. It was a relatively small hotel, which charged only 18 euros per night for accommodation including the breakfast. But it was a nice accommodation, having a wonderful garden, facilities like car and bike hiring, breakfast area, kitchen facilities where guests can prepare their own meals free of charge if they want. I decided to hire a bike and explore the island even though it was a bit costly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The first day I decided to explore different architectural properties of Gozo. I started from the capital of Gozo, Victoria (Rabat), went to the citadel an accident city, now with the beautifully restored castle. The entry into Citadel and the medieval castles are free, but the museums are not free but there is a free cinematic show of the story of the citadel. Then I went to the Gozo Museum of Archaeology.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Whilst in Victoria, I had my lunch at \u2018La santaz\u2019. They offered many varieties of food such as Italian, European and Mediterranean. I chose Mediterranean food; especially the Mediterranean style shrimp salad was really nice.?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Then I went to \u0120gantija Temples, Xag\u0127ra. This is a world heritage site; two temples built on the same complex gives it a gigantic look. Riding from Rabat to Xag\u0127ra gave me the opportunity to explore the island\u2019s natural beauty, its green hills, clear blue sky, it is much quieter and less urbanised than Malta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The next day I went G\u0127arbto to see the blue sea of Dwejra and the Azure Window and also had a boat trip on luzzu. The rock formations of Dwejraand Azure Window are really amazing.\u00a0 Looking at the blue sea through the window shaped rock gave me an eternal feeling as if I were looking at the heaven through the window, it was such a mesmerizing place with a quiet and beautiful atmosphere.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Thanks a lot \u2764\ufe0f \u2018Travel Center UK\u2019 for arranging such a beautiful trip for me.
