The Horrendous natural cause of a storm occurred in the UK by\nunceasingly stressing its citizens in the northern part of England<\/strong>\u2014\nAppleby in Cumbria, Bury in Greater Manchester, and parts of West Yorkshire\nand Wales<\/strong>\u2014 Aberdaron, north-west Wales, and Capel Curig in\nSnowdonia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The heavy rains and strong winds<\/strong> gutted its citizen’s travel plans in\nany means via flight, car or public transportations. The fast-phased wind\nof 90mph – 93mph<\/strong> and rain spread across the land by increasing\nits flood level rapidly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The community of thousands of people struggled as a result of rivers\noverflowing from its river-banks. Nearly, 675,000 homes lost power without\nelectricity, and 33,000 homes had evacuated during the occurrence while the\nstorm destroyed the local properties. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The weather results in portents of travel chaos by approximately 200\nflight delays and cancellations to several destinations. However, Storm Ciara\nserved British Airways<\/strong> by helping the plane to beat the transatlantic\nflight record<\/strong>. The journey was from New York to London flight, as it jetted\nthrough the air with the energy of the storm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Met Office<\/strong> announced severe weather warnings as in Amber Warnings, claiming\nthere will be a<\/strong> danger to life<\/strong> and enacted to close down\nthe M11 motorway. And also, numerous roads are virtually unusable for commuters\non the Welsh coast. Ferry passengers and vehicle drivers warned as in “evacuate\nto a safer place”<\/strong> to concern their health and safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Big Wheel on the central pier in Blackpool was rotating itself\nbecause of the stubborn winds. At some places, the cars were floating on the\nwater where the pavements have disappeared.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Manchester City’s Premier League match against West Ham postponed due to frigid weather conditions. The fixture probably could take place sometimes in this week or the earlier next week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AirPort and Flight Chaos<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Storm Ciara rocked many flights to the UK with her strong\nwinds. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There was dramatic footage of a large Singapore Airline passenger plane\nrocking back and forth in the vigorous winds upon its land at the Manchester\nAirport<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The SAS flight SK4609 from Norway<\/span><\/strong><\/a> had to change direction and divert back to Oslo<\/strong> caused by the Manchester Airport’s strong crosswinds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Virgin Atlantic flight<\/strong><\/a> from Barbados<\/strong> had to divert to Scotland<\/strong> when the plane was unable to land in Manchester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although, airlines heading towards Britain have cancelled both domestic and international flights as strong winds have taken over the main cities. There were 20 inbound and outbound flights, have cancelled at Manchester Airport while six have diverted due to the weather conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Forecast<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    The strong winds of the storm expected to reach and capture Northern\nIreland and Scotland on Monday. According to Met Office meteorologist<\/strong> Alex\nBurkil<\/strong> said,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    “While Storm Ciara is clearing away, that doesn’t mean we are\nentering a quieter period of weather. It’s going to stay very\nunsettled.” <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Met Office has issued yellow<\/strong> warnings<\/strong> to Scotland,\nNorthern Ireland, and north-west England for February the 10th Monday\nat 10 am and 5 pm<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
