This agreement has become the first step towards the transition of SilkAir\u2019s fleet to Boeing airplanes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">According to the agreement, the forecast highlight from the 2012 Boeing Pilot &amp; Technician Outlook, it demands 185,000 new commercial airline pilots and 243,500 new technicians in the<\/span> <span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><a style=\"color: #00ccff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.travelcenter.uk\/holidays\/asia\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Asia<\/strong><\/a><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pacific region.
