The biggest mall will be named as \u2018Mall of the World\u2019.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">The new \u2018city\u2019 will host hundred hotels and five distinctive theme parks based on animals, cartoons, films and characters. Additionally, in collaboration with Universal Studios, the city has plans to set up a world-class family attraction making it one of the biggest in Middle East and African region. Further, the city will also have marine life park and water themed park hosting 16 million visitors.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">These are part of the new \u2018city\u2019 development as a means of boosting tourism, enriching the cultural calendar and retail development. The investment costs 1.7 billion pounds thus expect over 80 million visitors to the biggest mall yearly and 35 million visitors to the enormous park. The first phase of the new \u2018city\u2019 project expects to complete by the year 2014.
